Rob McAlister

Design Director

Rob has 30 years experience in design and production. Rob has received gold in NZ Pride In Print Awards. Studio manager for two marketing & design companies in New Zealand and a print agency in London. Notable projects include the New Zealand Council of Educational Research (NZCER), Gordon Harris, Cancer Society sunscreen range.



Matt Gleeson

Matt has 7  years experience crafting memorable brands and graphic design including the NZ Festival (of the Arts), Z Energy, Green Party, and Oppenheimer packaging. His experience covers a wide range of print and digital marketing collateral that is cutting edge.


David Johnson

Web Developer

Web Programming, CMS Development, Database, eCommerce, Search Engine Optimisation, Web Tutoring.

David has worked as a Web Professional for 18 years developing both corporate and government websites. His develops and builds from ground up. His work covers websites, e-commerce, security, CMS, SEO, hosting, web support, digital media. He understands digital strategies.


Lisa Errington


Qualitative Research, Market & Consumer Segmentation, Advertising & Design Testing, Brand Evaluation.

Lisa has 18 years experience in research identifying the ‘gold dust’ that influences consumers at a rational and emotional level. With a degree in Psychology from Massey University Lisa’s experience includes Senior Research Exec at Research International and Senior Research Planner at Clemenger BBDO.


Sharon Roes


Business Analysis, Accounting, Administration.

Sharon has 16 years experience with a and a National Certificate in Business Studies, and she is a Chartered Accountant. She has held various operational business positions such as corporate accounts for Business Line, Axa, Touchwood Furniture, Urlich and Kippenberger. She handles Cluster accounts, invoice processing and admin.
